  • No, I only offer online therapy for adults anywhere in Colorado.

  • If you choose to utilize insurance, your out-of-pocket expense will vary based on your copay. I'm more than happy to verify your insurance coverage to determine your copay amount.

    For those who opt not to use insurance or lack coverage, my fee for a 55-minute session is $180.

    For intensive sessions, the rate starts at $200 per hour on weekdays and $270 per hour on weekends.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document provided by therapists to their clients, outlining the approximate costs associated with the therapy services they'll receive. This estimate includes details such as the expected charges for sessions, any deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance amounts that the client may be responsible for paying, and information about the client's insurance coverage, if applicable. It's intended to give clients a clear understanding of the financial aspects of their therapy before they begin treatment, allowing them to make informed decisions about their care. This transparency fosters trust and ensures that clients are aware of their financial responsibilities upfront, promoting a smoother therapeutic journey.

  • I'm available for weekly appointments from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and for intensives on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

  • Currently, my therapy offerings exclusively include EMDR weekly sessions and EMDR Intensives.

  • During your first appointment, we will talk briefly about your history as well as create a treatment plan specifically for you and your individual goals.

  • Weekly EMDR Therapy Cancellation Policy:

    You have the option to cancel your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a cancellation fee. However, if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $65 fee will be charged to the card on file.

    EMDR Intensive Cancellation Policy:

    To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is necessary upfront, and it is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the Intensive.

    Once booked, the reserved time is exclusively yours unless cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks before the start date. However, if the EMDR Intensive is canceled within 2 weeks of the first day, the total amount of the Intensive Package will be charged.
